We have annual memberships, session packages and a session-by-session option for our patients.
OPTION 1
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Choosing this option, you’re guaranteed a spot for the year. You will receive a customized treatment plan, and get VIP access to cancellations or openings. We’re offering this for monthly, biweekly, and weekly visiting patients. Please email info@korbodywork.com to schedule your annual membership.
OPTION 2:
SESSION PACKAGE
Choosing this option, you’re reserving 5-10 sessions at a time and payment is due at each time of service. You’ll get access to schedule out your package sessions so you don’t have to search for openings and you’ll receive a customized treatment plan. Please email info@korbodywork.com to schedule your session package.
OPTION 3:
SESSION-BY-SESSION
Choosing this option, you’ll schedule your own appointment(s) as needed based on openings available on the Kor calendar. Timeslots tend to fill up, but if you don’t need a standing time for your appointment(s) this can be a good option for you. BOOK >
PRICING MODEL
Regardless of services being used or practitioners being seen, our pricing is time-based and offered as an hourly rate. With this model, we can provide fluid programming based on the mind-body needs in each session and helps with coding for superbilling. We also have a referral program. Clients can receive 10% off their next appointment if they refer someone to us and they schedule an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and your practitioner. We understand that things come up, but to protect the time committed by both parties, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the FULL amount for that session.
INSURANCE BENEFIT INFORMATION
We provide medical insurance billing for massage therapy treating auto collision claims under PIP benefits if funds are available. A valid Physician's referral is required; directing the care.
We also accept HSA/FSA payments if your policy permits you to pay Kor for the care being provided. Kor is not a part of in-network credentialing with any health insurance carriers. This means we are unable to bill services on your behalf. You are responsible for payment in full at the time of the visit. However, as a courtesy to our clients, we will provide superbills, which can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If your policy has out-of-network rehab benefits available to you, your insurance will reimburse you directly.
